Protect Your Identity
To help prevent identity theft and to comply with government legislation, we have assigned you a new Student Identification Number (SID). This SID is an eight-digit, system-generated number that can be used in place of your nine-digit number, usually your Social Security Number. You can use either your new SID or Social Security Number at De Anza College. Find out your SID on the registration system by clicking on Student ID Lookup. Once you know it, we encourage you to use it along with your De Anza Personal Identification Number (PIN) for most of your school business.
